Job Summary
Contract role: Touring and Production Coordinator (6 Month FTC) at Sony Music's in-house merchandise team. Responsible for daily admin support, raising and managing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and Finance to ensure invoices are correct and reconciled against POs, tracking production timelines, coordinating sample shipping information, and maintaining trackers and critical paths. Works cross-functionally with Touring & Production teams in a fast-moving environment, with a focus on staying aligned with project/tour critical paths and ensuring timely updates and status communications. Requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and effective stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of providing administrative support in a fast paced, reactive business
- Experience with raising and managing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers
- Ability to liaise with Finance on invoices and reconciliation against PO’s
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building across teams
- Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with Excel
- Experience with project management systems or the ability to learn new systems quickly
