Job Summary
Coordinate complete tour preparation and logistics for all merchandise projects, ensuring accurate packing, timely delivery to event venues, and seamless execution from setup to post-event analysis. Manage on-site team deployment, handle financial responsibilities including budget tracking and cost calculations, and generate reports to continuously optimize workflows. Act as the central interface between project management and tour operations, taking ownership of all relevant information to prevent errors. Regularly accompany selected tours and events to ensure smooth operations and support the team directly. Gain exclusive access to major music production backstages and work alongside artists as part of a fast-growing startup bringing brands to the stage.
Required Qualifications
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck den Überblick zu behalten
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, verschiedene Teams miteinander zu koordinieren
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- Reisebereitschaft sowie die Bereitschaft, regelmäßig an Wochenenden und abends bei Konzerten oder Events im Einsatz zu sein
- Zahlenverständnis und ein sicherer Umgang mit Budgets, Kalkulationen und wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und der Anspruch, Prozesse kontinuierlich effizienter zu gestalten
