Job Summary
Conduct educational tours through the park following a predetermined itinerary, escorting groups from venue to venue while sharing scripted information and interacting with characters. Develop contingencies by adjusting itineraries to accommodate restroom breaks, hydration needs, late arrivals, cancelled entertainment, or closed attractions. Complete all required pre and post tour paperwork by set deadlines. This seasonal role requires working nights, weekends, and holidays, and candidates must be outdoors in all weather conditions. Applicants must be 18 or older to pass a background check including credit, criminal, and employment history.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak in front of a group of guests and manage groups of people
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
