Deliver engaging, educational guided tours for groups of varying sizes, including school groups, corporate outings, and general visitors. Lead tours by accurately presenting information about Rock City Gardens' history, geology, legends, and attractions such as Lookout Mountain, Fairyland Caverns, and Seven States View. Use storytelling techniques and interactive elements to enhance guest engagement while ensuring safety on trails, bridges, and high-traffic areas. Greet guests warmly, provide assistance with questions and wayfinding, and adapt delivery to suit different audiences. Support special events, programs, and Guest Relations initiatives as assigned.
