Job Summary
Drive guests and associates in a safe manner on regularly assigned routes while providing quality interpretation about Yellowstone knowledge. Ensure proper maintenance is performed on the coach, report mechanical or safety problems to management, and maintain accurate record keeping of passenger census. Follow all safety protocols, report incidents immediately, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires a valid driver's license, two years of experience driving large vehicles, and ability to commit for the entire season from May through October.
Required Qualifications
- In depth knowledge of Yellowstone National Park
- A valid driver's license
- 2 years of experience driving large vehicles
- Current First Aid/CPR valid through 11/2/2026
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate MCSA-5876 valid through 11/2/2026
- Ability to drive in all types of weather conditions including snow, ice, sleet, rain, hail and wind
- Ability to speak clearly and communicate well
- Must be able to commit for our entire season (May-October)
- Vision must be sufficient that the driver is not restricted in the performance of duties day or night
- Must be able to walk boardwalks and climb stairs
- Must be able to sit for long periods
- Must be able to stand and bend
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to hear traffic and security radio
Desired Qualifications
- Prior tour industry experience is beneficial
