Job Summary
Manage trip logistics and day-to-day operations for up to 52 guests on a coach, ensuring a seamless travel experience while utilizing technology to enhance the journey. Craft and deliver enlightening commentary in fluent English as a regional expert, providing unparalleled individualized customer service to each guest. Utilize good judgement to ensure guest safety at all times and keep an organized log to manage funds for optional experiences and account for all expenses. Build strong relationships with vendors and partners while working collectively with the Operations team to make effective decisions. This role covers the 2024 season from May through September for Canadian programs in the Eastern Canada/Maritimes regions, requiring 10 to 20 days of travel at a time.
Required Qualifications
- Applicant must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, the internet, email, and social media
- Must possess strong technical abilities and be able to utilize an iPad and various applications and learn various internal platforms
- Must have administrative, organizational, and basic accounting skills
- Applicant must speak English fluently
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with vendors and guests from various countries, cultures, and ages
- Vision correctable to 20/20 with reasonable accommodation required
- Applicant should be able to lift 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Applicant should be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Applicant should be able to walk frequently and for long distances
- Applicant should be able to adapt to long working hours for 10 to 20 days at a time
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask required

Desired Qualifications
- Between 3-5 years over the road experience leading multi-national groups preferred
- Travel Certificates, Tour Director/Guide Certificate Preferred
- ITMI, TripSchool, or IGA certification strongly preferred
