Job Summary
Tour Desk Agent at Westgate Branson Woods Resort will welcome guests and prepare prospective buyers for tours. Duties include checking guests in and out of tour assignments, coordinating general office administration for the Vice President of the VOA, providing clerical assistance to the General Manager and senior management, assisting with routine and special projects, researching and documenting internal and external issues, compiling and distributing daily/weekly statistical data and reports, handling office tasks (correspondence, photocopying, file maintenance, supply inventory), and answering multi-line phones while addressing inquiries and complaints. Requires customer service experience, ability to use technology for check-in, and weekend availability. Training and benefits are provided; location is Branson, MO.
