Job Summary
Coordinate the organization of school and group trips, serving as the main point of contact for teachers and group leaders and handling inquiries to ensure a great customer experience. Build strong relationships with external partners, make reservations, and secure a quality experience for customers with suppliers. Demonstrate strong customer service, organisational, and administrative skills, with proficiency in MS Office and a genuine interest in travel; fluency in a European language would be an advantage. This role involves hybrid working with a Brighton office presence four days a week during peak periods and at least three days in the office otherwise, supporting the travel operations and overall profitability of trips.
