Job Summary
Implementation Specialist to orchestrate and coordinate TouchTour projects from planning through execution. You’ll manage project schedules, coordinate resources across departments, leverage AI tools to draft communications and documentation, perform quality assurance, troubleshoot technical issues, influence stakeholders, maintain dashboards for transparency, and collaborate with developers to evolve product features. The role requires 1-3 years of PM experience, daily use of AI tools, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with CRM, CMS, and PM systems, along with strong problem-solving, tech savviness, and a customer-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project management
- At least 1 year of using artificial intelligence tools daily for work responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient with CRM, CMS, and Project Management Systems
- Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to streamline administrative tasks and draft content
- Problem solving and ability to make succinct decisions under pressure
- Tech Savvy: able to understand new technology platforms and UX/UI considerations
- Client Focus: prioritize requests based on severity
