Touch Up Painter at CM Truck Beds Manufacturing Plant performs surface preparation, paint application, and quality control to ensure durable finishes on truck beds. Responsibilities include surface cleaning, sanding, masking, primers, spray-gun painting, maintaining and troubleshooting painting equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Collaborates with supervisors, welders, and assemblers to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines. Requires two years of industrial painting experience; proficiency in surface preparation, paint mixing, and application methods; ability to operate painting and powder coating equipment; strong attention to detail; physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in fumes, dust, and chemicals; willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
