Job Summary
Disinfect high-frequency touch surfaces throughout the resort hotel and outbuildings, including handrails, telephones, elevator doors, and counters. Clean public area toilets, urinals, sinks, and sanitizing changing stations daily while completing a checklist and recording completion times. Conduct accurate surface cleanliness testing using ATP swabs and respond quickly to situations requiring immediate disinfection using standardized procedures. Inventory, restock, and maintain Protocol Response backpacks while wearing proper protective equipment. Communicate results, problems, and resolutions verbally and in writing, and notify management of deficiencies or repair needs. Adhere to dress and grooming standards and learn the Service Steps and historical facts about Mohonk Mountain House. Maintain a flexible work schedule covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and answer guest questions with accurate information.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- at least 21 years of age, or 20 years of age with at least two years of licensed driving experience
- Speak, read and write the English language
