Job Summary
Lead small groups of children ages 2–5 through age-appropriate, playful, skill-based sessions using Skyhawks' proven Tots curriculum. Warmly welcome and engage parents, whether they are on the sideline or on the field, while creating a safe environment where even the shyest toddler feels comfortable trying something new. Communicate with warmth and confidence before and after sessions, set up equipment to keep activities organized and safe, and represent Skyhawks with pride. This role offers $17–$19/hr for classes and $15–$18/hr for summer camps, with a reliability raise. Flexible evening and Saturday morning scheduling (9am–12pm) is available across Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Avimor, and Star. We provide paid training and free First Aid/CPR/AED certification. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for evening classes and/or Saturday mornings between 9am–12pm
- Experience in childcare, early childhood education, preschool, or parenting
- Natural combination of patience, playfulness, and nurturing presence
- Ability to handle a 3-year-old meltdown with connection rather than management
- Reliability (showing up, following through, not leaving groups of toddlers and parents wondering)
