Total Rewards Vice President

Job Summary
Develop and lead the organization's total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, leave programs, and HR technology initiatives. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning and HRIS matters while overseeing executive compensation, incentive programs, and market benchmarking. Lead benefits strategy and administration for health, welfare, retirement, and wellness, alongside providing governance for HRIS platforms and system transformation. Partner closely with leadership to deliver scalable total rewards and HR technology solutions that support business objectives and ensure regulatory compliance. This hybrid position is based in Franklin, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or closely related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 8 years experience in human resources
- At least five years leading and managing Benefits and Compensation administration
- Minimum of three years' experience in a senior management capacity
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred with focus in human resources, compensation and/or benefits
- Experience leading and managing total rewards in the healthcare industry
- Experience with a distributed workforce and labor unions
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or similar credentials
