Job Summary
Total Rewards Specialist focused on U.S. Retirement & Savings and Pension programs (401(k), defined benefit pension, and deferred compensation). Responsible for daily administration, communication materials, and compliance for benefits and compensation programs, including data coordination with HRIS/payroll, plan funding/billing, regulatory reporting, and plan documentation. Supports audits, committee presentations, vendor interactions, and union information requests. Collaborates to implement and improve processes, maintains current knowledge of plan provisions, and participates in projects related to new benefits/programs and acquisitions/divestitures. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of related experience; hybrid on-site in Colorado with regular in-person engagement.

- 2-3 years minimum experience in U.S. Retirement & Savings and Pension programs
