Total Rewards Specialist

Job Summary
Own the execution and continuous improvement of BJAK's compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive schemes, and rewards frameworks; conduct benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitiveness and internal equity; prepare salary proposals and reporting for leadership; administer employee benefits and liaise with providers; ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; maintain records and deliver reports for audits and people analytics; collaborate with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and leadership to scale rewards systems and support policy updates and HR projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, or HR roles with strong C&B exposure.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws, statutory contributions, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and spreadsheets.
