Job Summary
Total Rewards Senior Analyst, MedTech will serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant to design, analyze, and deliver global Total Rewards programs aligned to MedTech business objectives. The role requires strong quantitative expertise to translate market data into actionable compensation solutions, partnering with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to influence hiring, retention, and workforce decisions. Responsibilities include design, strategy, governance, market research, benchmarking, year-round and year-end compensation administration, job evaluations, and providing guidance on policies and procedures. The position will be located in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL and may require up to 10% travel; cross-country and multi-country postings may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (Master’s in HR, MBA in HR or related) preferred
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, HR Business Partner, or related roles
- Strong understanding of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and applicable laws/regulations
- Advanced quantitative and analytical skills; experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, HRIS, reporting tools)
- Ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders; collaborative cross-functional partner
