Job Summary
Total Rewards Senior Analyst responsible for designing, analyzing, and delivering global Total Rewards programs for MedTech. Partners with HR and business stakeholders to translate market insights into data-driven compensation solutions, perform job evaluations, provide salary recommendations for senior leadership, and support governance and process improvements. Utilizes analytics (Workday, Excel) to inform hiring, retention, and workforce decisions, and contributes to cross-functional projects and external benchmarking efforts. Travel up to 10% to support global programs and regional needs; role located in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, HR Business Partner, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, HRIS) and benchmarking
- Proven ability to translate market data into actionable compensation solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience designing and delivering global Total Rewards programs
- Knowledge of compensation practices, laws, and regulations
- Experience conducting market research and benchmarking
