Job Summary
Total Rewards Senior Analyst, MedTech role focusing on designing, analyzing, and delivering global Total Rewards programs aligned to business objectives. Responsibilities include conducting market research and benchmarking to develop competitive compensation solutions; performing job evaluations and preparing salary recommendations for senior leadership; contributing to Total Rewards governance and policy enhancements; partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners; leveraging analytics (Workday, Excel) to inform hiring, retention, and talent decisions; and supporting data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment. Travel up to 10% may be required; position available in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, HR Business Partner, or related roles
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (Workday, HRIS)
