Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or related discipline
- Experience within a medium-to-large organisation with exposure to compensation, remuneration, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret remuneration data
- Experience in financial or compensation modelling, budgeting, and dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and engage with stakeholders
