Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret remuneration data
  • Experience in financial or compensation modelling, budgeting, and dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects and engage with stakeholders
