Job Summary
Total Rewards Partner collaborates with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards by executing compensation and benefits processes, ensuring global alignment, and supporting leaders with insights, data, and expert guidance. Leads rewards programs at the Sales Market level (compensation, benefits, mobility), communicates pay structures, oversees annual rewards processes (salary review, incentive planning, budgeting, market benchmarking), ensures compliance with global policies, and partners with People, Finance, and global Total Rewards teams. Requires university degree or equivalent experience, proven compensation/benefits experience, strong analytics and PM skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and bilingual/English proficiency. Based out of New York Support Office with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical, advisory, and project management skills
- Proven experience working with senior HR and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
