Job Summary
Total Rewards Partner based in Toronto supports a hybrid work model and partners with business stakeholders to deliver and govern Total Rewards by executing compensation and benefits processes. Responsibilities include leading rewards strategy, execution and compliance for the Sales Market, implementing pay structures, incentives, budgeting and market benchmarking, ensuring alignment with global policies and legal requirements, and collaborating with Finance, People, and global Total Rewards teams. Requires university degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and advisory capabilities, experience with senior HR stakeholders, and excellent communication. English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical, advisory, and project management skills
- Proven experience working with senior HR and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
