Job Summary
Total Rewards Partner responsible for executing and governing Global Total Rewards programs for the Sales Market, including compensation, benefits, mobility, and related governance; partners with People, Finance, and global Total Rewards teams to deliver compliant, competitive reward practices; supports pay structures, annual rewards processes, vendor negotiations, and compliance with U.S. and Puerto Rico requirements; based at the New York Support Office and on-site with potential hybrid flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience supporting benefits programs, including supervising plan administration, implementation, and systems utilization
- Experience with compliance related to employee benefits, including knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertaining to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico desired
- Strong analytical, advisory, and project management skills
- Proven experience working with senior HR and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
