Job Summary
Total Rewards Manager (m/f/d) responsible for advising HR Business Partners and country teams on all total rewards topics, including compensation strategy, incentive design, market competitiveness, and equity programs. Design and optimize total rewards solutions aligned with business objectives, manage lifecycle of equity plans and incentives, ensure data quality in Workday, conduct equal pay analyses, and deliver ad-hoc reporting. Build capability through training and clear communications, and identify automation/AI opportunities to scale global rewards processes. Requires a university degree in a related field, 3+ years in total rewards or related HR functions, strong analytical skills, knowledge of German employment law and tax regulations, advanced Excel, and Workday (or similar HRIS); fluency in English (German a plus). Hybrid work model in Munich, Germany, with a focus on strategic partner leadership and global remit.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or related HR function
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with deep understanding of compensation structures, incentive design, and equity programs (especially SPP/LTI plans)
- Knowledge of German employment law and tax regulations related to compensation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
