Job Summary
Total Rewards Manager responsible for benefits administration, compensation framework, and compliance, with an emphasis on establishing structure and processes. Lead benefits and compensation initiatives, partner with Payroll/Finance/Safety, and mentor analysts as the function grows. Core duties include overseeing health, welfare, and leave programs; designing salary structures and incentive programs; ensuring regulatory compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA); maintaining data integrity across HRIS; and delivering clear, employee-focused rewards communications. The role evolves toward leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in benefits and compensation, including at least two years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Experience supporting field-based or operational organizations preferred
- Strong Excel skills and experience working within HRIS platforms
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, CEBS, or CCP are highly valued
- Bilingual English and Spanish capabilities are a plus
