Job Summary
Lead data-driven analysis to shape enterprise-wide compensation and benefits strategies within the Total Rewards COE. Develop measurement frameworks, conduct ROI and pay equity analyses, design COE tools and methodologies, and build predictive models to forecast compensation and benefits trends. Collaborate with PP Business Partners, stakeholders, and solution specialists to drive innovation, provide guidance on COE processes, and support change management to enhance the employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits or related field
- Proficient in Excel, HRIS systems (Workday preferred), and reporting tools
- In-depth understanding of compensation structures, job leveling, FLSA determination and market pricing tools (e.g. Radford, Mercer)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
