Total Rewards Associate

Design and develop reward strategies and priorities that support both business and talent strategies. Determine how and when reward management innovations and developments should be integrated, including the priority given to initiatives and the pace of implementation. Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines while working as an individual contributor within a focused scope. Interactions occur primarily with your own team and direct supervisor, with detailed to moderate instruction provided on daily tasks and new assignments. This role may require working in rotational shifts.
