Job Summary
Administer and maintain key compensation platforms including Better Comp, Salary.com, Syndio, and the job evaluation tool while ensuring Workday data integrity. Centralize survey submissions for regional compensation surveys, salary budget planning, and benefits design, then prepare data for ACR budget planning using inflation rates and market forecasts. Oversee job profile creation to support role standardization, conduct regular audits for data cleansing, and generate quarterly summaries for pay equity analysis. Provide analytics support for compensation dashboards and contribute to insights that drive data-informed decision-making. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, proposing AI or automation solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within Total Rewards or related areas of HR
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, including Workday
- Experience with compensation data management tools such as Better Comp
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data auditing, report generation, and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams globally
