Job Summary
Total Rewards Analyst responsible for data accuracy in compensation, market benchmarking, and benefits program analytics. You’ll support annual/quarterly compensation cycles, conduct market pricing using major surveys, maintain job architecture and leveling frameworks, and document base pay, bonus, and long-term incentive programs. The role emphasizes workforce analytics through dashboards, standardized reporting, and clear data summaries for employees, managers, and executives, with collaboration across Finance and Talent Acquisition to support headcount forecasting and compensation budgeting. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years in compensation/benefits or HR data analytics, and proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS platforms; CCP/SHRM certifications are a plus. Periodic travel may be required. Regular travel is not required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, or related fields
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or HR data analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with survey platforms and engagement tools (Workday Peakon) is beneficial
