Job Summary
Total Rewards Analyst responsible for supporting compensation review cycles, conducting market pricing/benchmarking, maintaining job architecture and leveling, and documenting pay/incentive programs. Develop dashboards and recurring reports to highlight workforce metrics (turnover, talent management, engagement), standardize data definitions, and prepare engaging presentations for employees, managers, and executives. Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition on headcount reporting, forecasting, and compensation budgeting. Provide benefits analysis and administration support (claims, enrollment, utilization, billing). Requires strong analytical skills, budgeting/cost analysis, and technical proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP). Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FLSA) is a plus; CCP/SHRM/PHR certification is beneficial. Travel: Regular travel not required; periodic travel as needed. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, or related fields
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or HR data analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with survey platforms and engagement tools (Workday Peakon) is beneficial
