Job Summary
Total Rewards Analyst responsible for the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs with a focus on accuracy and employee experience. Roles include supporting base and variable pay through market pricing, job evaluation, eligibility monitoring, and annual merit/incentive cycles; benefits responsibilities include open enrollment, regulatory reporting, and benefits administration; ensure compliance across ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and related regulations; manage HRIS configuration, data integrity, reporting, and payroll integration; develop employee communications and leadership updates; utilize advanced Excel for data analysis and participate in system enhancements. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and vendors to drive process improvements and effective program delivery.
