Job Summary
In this Total Rewards Analyst role, you’ll support benefits and compensation administration, participate in salary-review tool design and implementation, conduct benchmarking and compensation analyses, and collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams. You’ll automate and streamline rewards processes, own routine benefits admin tasks (primarily US market), and contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency across Total Rewards. The role emphasizes data analysis, stakeholder communication, and leveraging AI/automation tools to prototype processes, with hybrid work flexibility (3 office days, 2 remote days) and the possibility to work from anywhere when appropriate, within Nord Security's hybrid arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR, Business, Finance or related field
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (data cleaning, pivot tables, formulas)
- High discretion handling confidential compensation and benefits data
- Analytical mindset with ability to run quantitative analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with AI/automation tools for analysis or prototyping (preferred)
- Curious, experimental, solution-oriented problem-solver
