Job Summary
Total Rewards Analyst (Contractor) supports compensation, benefits, and reporting for Total Rewards, including administering base/bonus/equity programs, designing reports/tools for HR partners, conducting data analysis and compensation surveys, supporting cost and budget analysis, and contributing to special projects such as bonus and equity plan initiatives. Role requires staying current with federal/state regulations affecting compensation and benefits, and ensuring program compliance. Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving, and detail-oriented collaboration are essential; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of Total Rewards experience preferred. Hourly range: $55-$65/hr.
