Job Summary
Total Rewards Analyst leveraging Workday, advanced Excel, and data visualization to analyze compensation and benefits data, develop dashboards and reports, and support pay-equity, market benchmarking, and total rewards strategy. Responsibilities include deep-dive analyses of merit cycles, incentives, benefit utilization, enrollment trends, and vendor data integrity; configuring and auditing Workday compensation and benefits plans, executing mass data loads via EIBs, participating in external market surveys, monitoring cost drivers, and delivering post-cycle analyses with actionable recommendations. Requires strong analytical skills, ability to translate data into executive-ready insights, and a focus on compliance with relevant regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA). Travel up to 10% local/regional. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics or related field
