Total Rewards Analyst

Total Rewards Analyst will support compensation core processes including the annual compensation cycle, pay equity analyses, and salary planning. Responsibilities involve manual updates for global transfers, ABS-based bonus calculation, LOA proration, change statements handling, and live-cycle testing; participation in testing phases for regular cycles and enhancements. Additional duties cover pay equity follow-up, data consolidation and analysis, global survey participation (WTW Mercer), and data preparation for salary planning. The role also covers recognition programs (invoice reconciliation, usage analysis), channeling compensation analyses per request, and redesigning processes/tools to improve regular audits of compensation information and accuracy in proposed packages and bonuses. Annual mapping of incentive plans at the employee level and collaboration on projects such as MRP creation, Pay Factors replacement tool evaluation, and Living wage calculations are included. Required skills include understanding of compensation policies and methodologies, data analysis of salary surveys, strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration, detail-orientation, advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, confidentiality handling, and ability to communicate complex compensation concepts to stakeholders. Prior experience with compensation software/tools is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of related experience are preferred, with English business proficiency required and Oracle Cloud HCM/ServiceNow knowledge regarded as a plus.
