Job Summary
The Total Rewards Administrator supports the administration of payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and provides operational support across payroll processing, benefits administration, and system maintenance. The position will work within a multi-system environment, utilizing Workday (HCM) and supporting the organization’s transition from Dayforce to ADP for payroll and benefits. Key responsibilities include supporting biweekly payroll processing, reviewing and validating time and attendance, processing payroll adjustments and reconciliations, administering benefits programs, assisting with open enrollment and benefits communications, serving as a primary contact for payroll/benefits inquiries, and aiding new hire onboarding related to payroll and benefits setup and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HR operations
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Workday preferred, ADP Workforce Now and/or Dayforce a plus
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliations
- Knowledge of payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and customer-service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
