Job Summary
Total Compensation Benchmarking Intern supports the People & Culture team on a 3-month assignment to streamline HR operations and develop compensation benchmarking analyses across global regions. Responsibilities include conducting benchmarking against internal data and industry/local market standards, evaluating total rewards packages for internal equity, maintaining compensation data and documentation for reporting, preparing detailed benchmark reports and leadership-facing presentations, and collaborating with regional HR representatives to validate market data and labor-trend insights. The role emphasizes cross-cultural communication, data analysis, reporting, and opportunity identification to improve HR processes in a fast-paced, international development context. The position is remote with an emphasis on coordination across time zones, and begins as a volunteer internship lasting up to 3 months (unpaid).
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently earned a degree in International Finance, Accounting, International Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Development, Sociology, or related discipline
- Experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration,, or relevant role
- Fluent in English
