Job Summary
Lead end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients, ensuring timely data collection, processing, and distribution while meeting KPIs and SLAs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Spearhead client projects by consulting on process improvements, identifying risks, and implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions to streamline operations. Conduct thorough payroll data validations and reconciliation analyses to mitigate high-risk areas, while managing client-specific requirements such as payroll mapping and global cost tracking. Assist with year-end reporting and compliance documentation, utilizing data analytics to provide actionable insights on mobility programs. Mentor junior team members in a multi-geographic hybrid structure to foster skill development and collaboration.
