Job Summary
Seeking a Torts Litigation Attorney with at least three years of civil litigation experience to join a prestigious law firm in downtown San Diego. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge in commercial and contract litigation, securities, and intellectual property, capable of drafting pleadings and performing legal research to support litigation strategies. Candidates must also be members of the California bar.
Required Qualifications
- Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California bar
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience with preference for torts, commercial litigation, products liability and/or general liability experience
- Law and motion, discovery motions, propounding discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial experience
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
