Job Summary
Sales Associate in a retail store responsible for customer service, sales, store maintenance, cash procedures, replenishment, and safety. Build customer relationships with exceptional service, knowledge of product selection and promotions, handle cash transactions, assist with shipping/receiving, follow health and safety policies, and collaborate with team to achieve store goals. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs, stand for 8 hours, and have flexible scheduling including extended days, evenings, and weekends. In-store and online experience with an emphasis on welcoming customers and representing the brand.
