TopView Sightseeing is hiring in Austin, TX for a dual role as Server and Brand Ambassador at Tea Around Town Dallas. The Server on the Tea Around Town bus handles tea service, material coordination, guest engagement, and bus turnover, with responsibilities including greeting and seating guests, recommending menu items, ensuring guest satisfaction, bussing and resetting tables, and collaborating with team members. The Brand Ambassador represents the brand, greets guests, directs them to pickup locations, informs them of departure times and stops, collects guest information, coordinates with bus operators and managers, protects company equipment, promotes positivity, monitors safety, and submits reports. Both roles require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for travel and tourism, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality, food service, or marketing experience is advantageous, with knowledge of Austin attractions preferred. This is a full-time in-person position with weekend shifts and a pay rate of $18.00–$19.00 per hour.
