Job Summary
Oversee and elevate cross-location Tea Around Town operations (front and back of house) across 5-6 markets, ensuring flawless product execution and a world-class guest experience on every trip. Drive labor, inventory, and cost controls; develop and manage operational budgets; recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff; optimize processes for rapid scalability; manage vendor relationships (caterer, maintenance facility) and uphold service and cost targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product changes, promotions, and new launches; translate customer feedback into actionable improvements; uphold high standards of food quality and guest experience; manage inventory with regular cycle counts and risk mitigation plans. Travel 50% of the time across the assigned territory; work 50+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Education and experience requirements focus on 10+ years in multi-location upscale F&B/hospitality operations and a Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Restaurant/Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of management experience in multi-location, upscale chain restaurants or high-volume food & beverage operations.
- Hands-on leadership with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Data-driven decisions: demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive operational improvements.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team leadership: building, motivating, and leading high-performing operational teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Availability: 50+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Travel: ability to travel 50% of the time across assigned territory.
