Job Summary
Brand Ambassador for TopView Sightseeing in Houston: welcome and assist guests, inform about departure times and stop locations, scan and direct tickets, collect guest information to resolve issues, coordinate with bus operators and managers, handle company equipment, promote a positive brand image, monitor safety, and prepare reports. Ideal candidates have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for travel and tourism, knowledge of NYC attractions (preferred), and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Part-Time, Seasonal role with a pay rate of $19/hour and potential for remote or offsite assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and articulate key selling points effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for travel, tourism, and exploring new destinations.
- Knowledge of New York City attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is advantageous but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with the potential for remote or offsite assignments.
