Job Summary
Seeking a Toppings Area Manager to oversee food production and quality, enforce food safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing management
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proven experience in performance/KPI management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems and production oversight
