Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, fill out order tickets accurately, and assist with digital orders. Top salads and wraps, restock toppings and lettuce, and practice FIFO while cleaning the line and sweeping the floor. Complete assigned tasks, work as a name taker if needed, and clean, re-stock, and break down the topping line at shift end. Follow food safety and quality standards, and support environmental footprint initiatives including food waste reduction, recycling, and composting. Maintain a high pace throughout the shift while adhering to Just Salad policies.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Remains stationary or moving continuously throughout a shift
- Climb stairs
- Bend, stoop and reach as needed throughout a shift
- Accurately read, write and clearly mark a JS order ticket
- Basic math skills
- Read, comprehend and follow JS menu and instructions
- Clearly and professionally communicate with customers, other team members and management
- Follow all Just Salad and Health Department Policies, Procedures and Standards
