Job Summary
Execute topographic surveys, including replanting, leveling, and measurements, while verifying elevations, alignments, and geometries. Interpret technical drawings to produce as-built plans, reports, and documentation. Manage construction contracts, obtain necessary permits, and optimize resource utilization to ensure projects meet schedule, specification, and cost targets. Supervise subcontractors and labor, monitor earthwork volumes, and communicate deviations to the Production and Technical Office teams. Requires topography or civil engineering background with experience in total stations and GPS. Located in Barcelona province.
Required Qualifications
- Formación en Topografía, Geomática, Ingeniería Técnica Topográfica o similar
- Experiencia previa como topógrafo/a en obras de construcción o ingeniería civil
- Manejo de estación total, GPS y equipos de nivelación
- Conocimientos de AutoCAD y programas específicos de topografía
- Capacidad para interpretar planos y documentación técnica
