Job Summary
Gather tools, deliver water to rollers and plate compactors, sweep and rake the deck, and use shovels, rakes, brooms, and other hand tools. Assist the operator as needed and handle minor equipment maintenance and cleaning. Requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of construction or manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills.
