Job Summary
Provide analysis and advice to the Management Board and Cabinet on the allocation, management, and control of government resources. Support informed decision-making by developing and producing annual revenue, operating, and capital budgets, as well as multi-year financial forecasts. Review funding requests and make recommendations on both operational and capital matters. Analyze risks and opportunities affecting the financial plan to promote responsible financial management of public assets. Submit resumes demonstrating experience in financial analysis, budget development, and advising senior management in a government setting.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Public or Business Administration, Accounting, Political Science, Economics or a similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience in researching, analyzing and synthesizing information
- Experience in financial analysis or developing operating and capital budgets
- Experience developing and providing advice to senior management in both written and oral formats, preferably in a government setting
