Conduct alternating clinical care in outpatient surgery, internal medicine, or oncology with a focus on holistic patient treatment. Actively shape a collegial, interdisciplinary practice environment while exercising significant autonomy in daily workflows. Provide comprehensive nursing support within a modern, digitally documented setting featuring flat hierarchies and strong team collaboration. Engage in long-term career development with opportunities for specialized training in oncology or other clinical areas.
