Job Summary
Execute all resets in assigned territory per required schedule, set shelves/end caps/displays to planogram (POG), ensure proper tagging, pack out backstock, remove non-planogram items to designated area, and complete all required reporting with photos. Maintain stock levels and report observations regarding stock, outages, and competitive threats; travel within the territory with part-time flexible shifts and reimbursement where eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience, preferably in a reset capacity within convenience store setting
- A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
- Comfortable in changing environments
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
