Job Summary
Execute all resets in assigned territory per required schedule; Set all shelves, end caps and displays, to provided planogram (POG); Ensure sections are properly tagged; Pack out backstock from the backroom; Remove non-planogram items and place them in designated area; Accurately complete all required reporting and upload completion photos; Report observations regularly to management regarding stock level, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience, preferably in a reset capacity within convenience store setting
- A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
- Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
- Standing and walking 3-8hrs; lifting up to 50 lbs; crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
- Possesses excellent organizational skills
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
